Le mécanisme en trois étapes de l'action du complexe SMC5/6 face à l'attaque du virus de l'hépatite B. Une première protéine du complexe piège tout d'abord l'ADN viral. Puis, une seconde protéine emmène l'ADN piégé du virus dans un sous-compartiment du noyau de la cellule. The three-step mechanism of action of the SMC5/6 complex against the hepatitis B virus attack. A first protein of the complex first traps the viral DNA. Then, a second protein takes the trapped viral DNA into a sub-compartment of the cell nucleus.
